Cadie Selah (Federmeyer), LAc, MSOM is an acupuncturist, shamanic practitioner, herbalist, mentor and transformational facilitator. She is licensed to practice in the state of Washington and board certified with the NCCAOM. She practices medicine in Bellingham, WA and is now offering virtual healing work, health consultations and online programs + retreats globally.
Cadie specializes in holistic women’s health with a multi-therapeutic and trauma-informed approach that ranges from self-care tools & soulwork, to clinical acupuncture and herbalism to sourcing cutting edge contemporary modalities for healing and wellbeing.

I am an aspiring poet and author, surrendering to the oracular flow, while I’m not teaching, mentoring or doing healing work. Sometimes you can find me on my paddleboard, hiking through the woods or at the dance studio.

I asked myself, "what is desperately needed that is lacking and how can I show up with all the medicines that I have in my medicine bag?” SOULWORK! Something I’ve seen on my own healing journey as well as in witnessing others’ journeys is that: Deep, sustainable, life-changing transformation takes 1) TIME, 2) SELF-MASTERY PRACTICE and 3) HIGH QUALITY ATTENTION (by the person healing, but also catalyzed by the practitioner/healer that is supporting them.) Birthed through this understanding is a HYBRID MODEL of an acupuncture-based healing plan nested within a SOULWORK-FOCUSED mentoring and coaching program.

About Soul Care & Shamanic Healing Sessions
Soul Care sessions are based on cross-cultural healing traditions in the animist traditions of our ancestors. These sessions access ver deep layers of the energy body, your ancestral and karmic field, the subconsiocus and unconscious aspects that are ready for an upgrade. These sessions catalyze the healing process by effectly returning your energy and power (vital life force energy) where it has been lost, dissociated or taken. Likewise, you are supported to release and cleanse that which is no longer serving. Soul care has had a. lasting and significant impact on my personal healing journey and it's an honor to remember and share this potent healing with others who are called.
